The USA has sent combat troops to Uganda in order to capture Joseph Kony, who is accused by the western media of raping and kidnapping children and using them as child soldiers.
Is this another indirect war by the USA? Of course its. Whats the reason? Colonizing Africa all over again. The plan started with Africa's economic powerhouse Libya and now is slowly spreading south; and nothing can be done to stop the USA from doing if we don't awake, awise and arise against the big devil's plan.
no, it is a general shift of strategy since china is present in africa but of course also because the glorious efforts by libya for africa.
