Niger Refuses to Turn In Al-Saadi
After the International Police (Interpol) asked Niger to give in Al-Saadi Al-Gaddafi to the NTC, the prime minister of Niger Mr. Brigi Rafini because Al-Saadi is not accused of any crimes.
